How will my order be sent out?

Standard delivery

Any items you have selected for our standard service aim to be delivered within 2 - 3 days, although most deliveries are achieved within 48 hours. Each item is carefully picked and packaged in our warehouse before being collected by the courier.

Our standard service is FREE, and any items ordered before 3pm are dispatched the same working day.

If you are not available at the time of delivery and your item cannot be posted through a standard-sized letterbox, a card with details on how to collect your item from your local depot will be provided.

Courier delivery

Any items you have selected courier service for are dispatched using a specialised overnight courier. Each item is carefully picked and packaged in our warehouse before being collected by the courier. Your order will then arrive at your chosen delivery address the next working day. Tracking information is automatically provided and can be found in the 'My Orders' section on your account.

Pallet delivery

For larger items, a pallet service is required. Items sent by a pallet service aim to be delivered within 2 - 3 days, but if you require your items a bit faster, there is also the option for a next working day delivery at checkout (UK Mainland only). If you are unsure if your area is covered by the next day service, please check our delivery terms and conditions here.

If your goods are to be dispatched by a pallet service, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery unless it is otherwise stated on checkout.

Diamond delivery

Diamond pallet delivery
  • This service eliminates the stress of larger deliveries.
  • Your goods will be taken care of by a highly trained team, minimising the risk of damages.
  • Choosing this option enables you to choose a specific day for delivery (Monday - Friday).
  • All goods will be lifted from their pallet, and all excess packaging & pallets will be removed from the site - this means no heavy lifting or excess waste.
Pallet delivery service
  • Our pallet delivery service is ideal for larger shipments.
  • Once the date of delivery has been arranged, please be sure to have somebody available to accept delivery of goods at the chosen delivery address.
  • In missed delivery cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Couriers can only offer a kerbside delivery only and cannot enter a property.

 

Additional information

International delivery information

We offer international delivery services to our overseas customers. You will find this option when proceeding to checkout or from the 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' when you view your shopping cart.

We will quote for larger deliveries by e-mail, and you should expect to receive a response within 24 hours. Most smaller orders will calculate automatically.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship all items which are advertised on the site.

Please note: We are not responsible for any postage cost if the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Remote area delivery information

If you believe you are in an area that is considered to be 'remote', additional delivery fees may apply.

Remote areas include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, and Scotland Offshore.

Free next day delivery on all orders over £150 to UK mainland delivery addresses (Note: some exclusions apply; Please enter your delivery postcode into the 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' form during the checkout process for more information).

Delivery charges include VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically upon checkout.

All Items are available to be collected from our store. Please note that some items cannot usually be collected on the same day as placing the order; please contact us to be sure.

Items ordered for next-day delivery must be in stock and held at our distribution centre. Orders must be fully completed, and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 3 pm for a next-day service.

Please note: The day-specific delivery service is not available in all locations or types of delivery.
