Delivery Information

Free delivery on every order

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses - there is no minimum spend.

Standard delivery

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivered by a next-working-day courier once dispatched. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Free next-day delivery

Selected products qualify for free next-day delivery - look for the next-day badge on the product page. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday; orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Large and specialist items

Larger items such as baths, shower enclosures and bathroom furniture are delivered by specialist carriers and typically take 5-7 working days. For two-person or pallet deliveries we will arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across UK mainland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and other remote areas may take longer and, for some bulky items, may carry a surcharge - this will be shown at checkout where it applies.

Tracking and notifications

Once your order is dispatched we email you tracking details. Our couriers - including Royal Mail, Evri, APC Overnight, DPD and Parcelforce - may also send you SMS or email updates with your delivery window.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your parcel on arrival. If there is visible transit damage, sign for it as "damaged" where possible and contact us within 48 hours at info@fnxbathrooms.com so we can put it right quickly.
