Changed your mind, ordered the wrong finish, or the parcel arrived damaged? You've got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. We arrange the collection from your door at no cost to you.
The fastest way: self-service via your account
If you ordered while signed in, you can request a return in 30 seconds straight from your FNX account:
- Sign in at account.fnxbathrooms.com (or click My account in the header).
- Open the order you want to return.
- Click Request a return, pick the items and the reason.
- We'll email a free returns label and arrange a courier collection - usually next working day.
- Hand the parcel to the courier. Once it's back with us we inspect, then refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

If you checked out without an account (or just prefer to talk to a human), drop a line to returns@fnxbathrooms.com or call 01268 438171 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief reason for return - we'll set the rest up for you.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. We extend that to a full 30 days at our own cost as a goodwill commitment.
Damaged or faulty items
Inspect your delivery before signing. If anything is damaged in transit, sign as "damaged" with the courier and notify us within 48 hours - photos help us resolve it quickly. Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty plus the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - see our guarantee & warranty page for cover periods.
What we can't accept back
- Bespoke or made-to-order items (custom sizes, colours or configurations).
- Toilet seats where the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Items that have been installed, modified or used.
- Items returned without their original packaging, fittings or instructions.
- Clearance products marked "final sale" - clearly flagged on the product page.
In each of these cases your statutory rights are unaffected and we will of course repair, replace or refund any item that is genuinely faulty.
Refund timings
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 3-5 working days. Card refunds typically appear in your account within 1-3 working days of that, depending on your bank. Klarna and PayPal refunds are usually instant.
Returning a bundle or part of an order
You can return part of an order without affecting the rest. If a bundle discount was applied and the return drops the basket below the qualifying threshold, the discount is removed and the refund adjusted accordingly. We'll always show you the maths before processing.
